I enjoy showing and breeding SCWT's. My dogs are also my loving companions. I am a member in good standing of the SCWT Club of America, SCWT Association of Canada and the Open Registry. I have been involved is various aspects of dog training, handling and grooming since I was 13 years old. I became involved in Wheatens when a close friend and Wheaten breeder Mary Roszak passed away in 1997. My daughter Jessica also enjoys showing our Wheatens and several of them reside with her, in her home.
Health and temperament is extremely important to me as well as quality. All dogs are: OFA, Eye CERF and have had routine blood / urine screening. Pedigrees are thourally researched prior to all breedings, to be sure we are making the best possible choice. For more information on the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier please visit http://www.scwtca.org. This website contains information on the breed as well as important health and grooming information.
I am and will remain a small but conscientious, serious breeder with emphasis on health, temperament, quality and finding loving forever homes for my puppies. My dogs live in my home. Puppies are hand-raised and socialized prior to leaving the premises for their new homes. I will be available to the new owners throughout the dog's lifetime for any concerns they may have.
When placing a puppy,
every effort is made to match the right family with the right dog. We usually
have only two litters a year, occasionally we may have a young adult or a
retired show dog that needs a good home.
You are welcome to accompany your new puppy as a "Carry On" but we do not ship young puppies by Air Cargo.
